When designing a wedding cake with a bride, I love to sit down and hear all about the plans for her dream day. It’s these details that allow me to design a cake which will be one of the most memorable features at the reception, noticed and admired by all.

It is a privilege to be part of a special day, and a personal approach is taken to make sure that the cake is perfectly co-ordinated with your wedding and is not only enjoyed by all your guests, but exceeds their expectations.

Our specialty is chocolate and white chocolate mudcakes, which are moist with a rich flavour and are sure to impress the most discerning of chocolate lovers!

Every cake is layered and topped with decadent chocolate ganache and covered with a thin layer of fondant icing, providing a perfectly smooth finish.
